March 9 to 17
Come
to the ROM this March Break, where family fun and learning are on the ticket: bring the kids and head on a global adventure, stamping your Passport as you go! The ROM has brought out tons of cool things just for March Break: explore hands-on artifacts and specimens from behind the scenes and engage with ROM staff like never before.
Programs run daily 11 am to 4 pm unless otherwise stated, and are included with Museum admission.
- Rock Your World: Touch a space rock and take a giant leap into outer space
- Then get hands-on with fossils and discover life before dinos
- Visit our popular Mediaeval Fair
- Make your own First Peoples’-inspired beaded jewellery
- World of Nature: Go in the field with ROM Curators at our special field camp
- Write your name in hieroglyphs, ancient Greek or cuneiform
- Help us build a LEGO Maya pyramid for the 50-year anniversary of its discovery by ROM archaeologists!
- Families with kids under 5 can relax in the Dino Dan Lounge with quiet activities, and can watch favourite Dino Dan episodes, including one featuring a ROM Sleepover

Ultimate Dinosaurs

Even better, from March 9 to 17, visit from 4:30 pm onward and get up to 50% off admission to the Museum or 35% off admission to the Museum and special exhibition Ultimate Dinosaurs.
Please note: Discounted admission is valid from 4:30 pm onward from March 9 to March 17, 2013 only. The ROM is open until 8:30 pm from March 9 to March 16, 2013 to allow visitors time to enjoy the Museum at this special discounted rate. However, the ROM closes at 5:30 pm on March 17 and so people wishing to visit on this day should note the one-hour time slot available for discounted admission and plan accordingly. Cannot be combined with other offers, including but not limited to: consignment tickets and other vouchers. No refunds or cash value.
