From annual programs like ROM for the Holidays, Family Day or March Break, to special weekend activities through the year, come for performances, hands-on crafts and demonstrations, live animals, and other interactive activities inspired by the ROM’s collections, research and blockbuster exhibitions.
Every weekend promises family fun at the ROM. From exploring the Top 10 ROM Family Favourites (PDF), to a visit with our dinosaur mascots, Gordo, Gertie and Gurgle, to digging for dinosaur bones, trying on costumes, and searching for our Queen Bee in the Hands-On Galleries. Make the ROM your favourite family fun destination!

December 13, 11am to 3pm: Toronto Underfoot
Meet ROM Archaeologist April Hawkins and experience her brand new display "Toronto Underfoot." "Toronto Underfoot" explores 10,000 years of history through artifacts found all over our city! April will have out rarely seen specimens from the collections and be on hand to talk about our amazing city's past!
