Hamilton is called “Steel Town” but it is so much more. Discover Hamilton from its early roots through industry, architecture and art. We will visit some of the iconic places that started the growth of Hamilton such as the Steam Technology Museum and go into some of the architectural gems still standing today. We will finish off our visit in one of the oldest public art galleries in Canada and tour its latest exhibition. All this will be done with the accompaniment of a knowledgeable resource person. Lunch will take place in a new restaurant along the water.
A 15% discount per person is offered if both trips Hamilton - Industry, Architecture & Art - Part 1 (November 5, 2014) and Historical Hamilton Dressed up for the Season (December 3, 2014) are purchased in the same registration.
