Face to Face Weekend for Members with Dave Ireland: Earth Day Experiences in the Schad Gallery of Biodiversity

“Bull”, a Southern White Rhino who lived at the Toronto Zoo until his death in 2008, stands tall at the entrance to the Schad Gallery. This species was brought back from the brink of extinction in the 1990’s, but is once again in serious trouble, largely due to poaching for its horns. Photo: Paul Orenstein.
