Bats and Crafts , Oh My!

Sunday October 30

Halloween is just around the corner and the ROM has activities that will keep you spooked and surprised!

This Halloween we celebrate the launch of the ROM's new children's book Burton and Isabelle Pipistrelle with everything about bats!

The book’s author and illustrator will join in the fun to give live readings, and the ROM's own “Batman” Burton Lim, Mammology Curator, makes a special appearance to talk about bats. Bill BatBoy Scully will also be bringing in some live bats! Create spooktacular bat crafts, and more!

If pyramids are more your style, you can watch a huge Egyptian sphinx being built out of Lego ® right before your eyes!
