How does our group check in?
All groups should enter via our new entrance located on Bloor Street West in the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal.

If you already have your tickets for a self-guided visit you may enter the Museum at your leisure. If you are picking up admission tickets or have purchased a group add-on, please check-in at the Group Reception Desk to retrieve your package.

Prior to your arrival, and to inform us of delayed arrival, please call the Group Reception Desk at 416.586.8000 and request x 4082 so that our Group Greeter Team is ready to welcome you to the ROM. Our Group Greeters will come outside of the Museum and greet your guests directly on the bus.

The Museum requires visitors to check all backpacks, large bags, and packages. The coat check will not accept laptop computers or luggage of any size. All bags are subject to search and inspection. Visitor bags are checked free of charge, and coats for $2 each. To avoid a lengthy wait in the coat check line, visitors should limit the items they bring to the Museum.

We understand that unforeseeable events may delay a group’s arrival and we will make every attempt to accommodate those arriving late, however, a late arrival greater than 20 minutes may result in the loss of the scheduled group activity.
